Terms and Conditions for Vickies Flowers LLC
Hours of Operation: M-F 8:30am to 5:30pm Saturday: 10:00am to 2:00pm. We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. We do not deliver after dark.
By purchasing products or services from Vickies Flowers LLC you agree to the following terms and conditions.
In Store Pick Up: Our full service flower business is at our residence – complete with parking area and customer meeting area. While we meet with customers daily, please call before stopping by. We may be too busy to assist you or planning a wedding or funeral. By stopping by our location you agree to be recorded on our 24 hour multi-camera CCTV system.
Orders and Deliveries: If you order an item online after 2pm we will not be able to deliver it until the next business day. It is not possible to keep every flower and container in stock. We will make an effort to let you know if we can not make the exact arrangement your ordered. You may request us to text an image of the arrangement we make prior to delivery (However, this is not possible during Valentines and Mothers Day). We go the extra mile for every customer – as indicated by our ratings. However, we may need to make last minute substitutions for equal value flowers and containers.
We try very hard to leave the flowers with the recipient. We call before we deliver to make sure they are home or at work. However, this is not always possible. We will call you if your order can not be delivered as promised and try to arrange the best method for delivery (except Valentines and Mother’s Day).
Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Flowers Left Outside: Remember, you are ordering flowers – not fishing lures. It is impossible for us to make sure everyone is available to receive their flowers on Valentines and Mothers Day. WE WILL LEAVE FLOWERS OUTSIDE IF NO ONE IS HOME DURING VALENTINES AND MOTHERS DAY. Flowers left outside in harsh weather can wilt and die within minutes. We will leave the flowers with a neighbor when instructed to do so. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FLOWERS LEFT OUTSIDE. WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY PURCHASES IF A RECIPIENT IS NOT AT HOME OR WORK AND THE FLOWERS ARE LEFT OUTSIDE. YOU MUST TELL US NOT TO LEAVE THEM OUTSIDE IF NO ONE IS HOME. WE WILL BE HAPPY TO RETURN 24 hours LATER, BUT YOU WILL BE CHARGED A DELIVERY FEE FOR EVERY DELIVERY ATTEMPT.
We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific time for busy floral holidays like Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day. To maximize the likelihood of delivery on one of these busy floral holidays, please place your order at least five days in advance. Orders placed within 5 days of Valentines Day and Mother’s Day DO NOT HAVE GUARANTEED DELIVERY TIMES. Neither cancellations nor refunds will be issued on orders placed during the Valentines Day or Mothers Day holidays if the order was placed within 4 days of the holiday, and subsequently delivered within 4 days after the respective holiday.
DELAYS Occasionally when weather, inaccessibility to the locale or delivery address, need for special ordering, or for whatever reason Products cannot be delivered on the date requested, we may attempt to notify the sender as well as the recipient. Delays caused by factors outside of our direct control, including but not limited to events of “force majeure”, road closures and traffic conditions, lack of access to a delivery address due to factors beyond our control (ie, a locked or secure property or a gated community where access is not permitted, etc.), an incorrect or insufficient address provided at the time of the order or recipient unavailability will be rescheduled for the soonest available delivery date/time and may not be refunded after the initial delivery attempt.
RETURNS & REFUNDS: If you or the recipient are unhappy with the arrangement for any reason please let us know what we can do to improve. Longevity of your flowers after they are delivered are dependent on many environmental factors including, but not limited too: 1) temperature; 2) sunlight; 3) humidity; 4) replenished water; 5) type of flower; 6) season of they year. We are NOT responsible for flowers after they are delivered. However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason you must call within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund. If you want a full refund you must call us within 24 hours of the delivery AND return all products, flowers, and containers to us in their original undamaged/unused condition. If you are unable to return the flowers we will be happy to pick them up, but we WILL NOT refund the delivery fee when we return to pick up a product. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS WHEN INSTRUCTED TO LEAVE FLOWERS OUTSIDE.
Privacy We do not collect information for marketing purposes. We shred credit card information immediately after processing. We do not share any customer information with 3rd parties. We do not share any information with anyone. We will not deliver “anonymous” arrangements from a secret admirer. This may pose a security risk to us and the recipient. We will inform all recipients who placed the order.
IndemnityYou hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vickies Flowers LLC, and all of its officers, directors, owners, agents, employees, information providers, affiliates, licensors, and licensees (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all liability and costs incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of this Agreement or the foregoing representations, warranties, and covenants, including, without limitation, attorney’s fees and costs. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you and you shall not in any event settle any matter without our written consent.

This website is owned and operated by Vickie’s Flowers, LLC Brighton Colorado. We are a family owned independent Brighton florist. All of the content featured or displayed on this website, including, but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, images, sound, illustrations and software (“Content”) is the intellectual property of and is owned by Vickie’s Flowers. If you provide us images of our flowers from an event such as a wedding this implies you (and your photographer) consent for use. We try to give credit when possible for images provided by commercial photographers. If you are a commercial photographer and need credit, please contact us and we will be happy to oblige and also provide a link to your website.
